• Requirements:
  • Level 6, ST < 9 (Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics)
  • Level 5 (Lionheart)
• Ranks: 1
• Benefit:
  • With this Perk, you gain +1 to your Strength when you drop below 50% of your max hit points. (Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics)
  • If your hit points drop below half of their maximum, you gain +1 to Agility and Strength. If your hit points drop below a quarter of their maximum, you gain an additional +1 to Agility and Strength. (Lionheart)
